Information you share

When you request a quote, I receive the contact information, home and cleaning details, timing preferences, and notes you enter. I use this information to respond, prepare quotes, arrange services, and maintain customer records. Job and payment records can include customer names, service dates, quoted and collected amounts, payment methods, and notes. Please do not include card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in the form.

Website analytics

The site records page and service views, contact-link clicks, form activity, timestamps, referring pages, landing pages, and campaign information from links. Analytics may include an approximate country, region, and city supplied by the hosting service. A randomly generated visitor identifier is stored in your browser, and session storage remembers referral and service-page information. Inquiry records can be associated with these visits to understand how customers find the business.

The business analytics database does not store raw visitor IP addresses. The server uses a protected, derived identifier for abuse prevention. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses and request logs to operate their services.

Services that process information

GitHub Pages hosts the public website. FormSubmit delivers quote requests by email. Cloudflare hosts the private analytics and business-record system. These services process information needed to provide those functions. Their policies are available from GitHub, FormSubmit, and Cloudflare.

Your choices and questions

You can clear this site's browser storage through your browser settings. This resets locally stored identifiers; it does not delete information already submitted or stop future requests while browsing. You can contact me directly instead of using the quote form.
